Care Workforce Pathway support programme for systems - an introductory webinar

Date: Thursday 2 July 2026

Time: 13:00 – 14:00

Location: Online

Overview

The Care Workforce Pathway is a comprehensive career framework for adult social care, detailing the knowledge, skills, values, and behaviours essential for delivering high-quality, personalised care and support.

ÐÓ°ÉPro has been working with system partners in adult social care to support local Pathway adoption. We are now looking to work with more systems as part of our direct support programme.

This 60-minute webinar is for system leaders who want to understand the value of the Pathway and your role in supporting adoption across your local area

What you’ll get

  • A clear understanding of why the Pathway matters for systems.
  • Insight from early experience on what helps using the Pathway feel achievable.
  • A simple, structured approach to thinking about your role as a system partner.
  • Access to new system-focussed guidance and learning to support your next steps.

Support programme – what to expect

We’ll also explain our new national support offer for systems:

  • Phased over 3 years.
  • Limited places available each year.
  • Designed to support systems to create the conditions for provider use of the Pathway.
  • You don’t need to wait, systems can begin by aligning partners, using shared language, and building confidence locally.

If selected, you will:

  • Nominate a lead and champion
  • Commit to joining a small number of focused and interactive sessions
  • Deliver at least one joint activity with care providers in your area
  • Support local use of the Pathway through existing networks
